Procedimento
Soffriggere la cipolla tagliata finemente nel lardo o nella pancetta tagliata a dadini e lasciare da parte. Mettere a bollire l’acqua in cui verranno cotti i cardi. Aggiungere il lardo precedentemente soffritto con la cipolla e interrompere l’ebollizione abbassando la fiamma.
A questo punto aggiungere gradualmente e lentamente la farina di cicerchie e ceci, dopo averla accuratamente mischiata con la farina rimacinata, rimestare a lungo fino a che l’impasto diventi cremoso e senza grumi.[/woodmart_text_block][/vc_column][/vc_row]
