Procedimento
Cuocere le lenticchie di Villalba senza preammollo. Mettere in pentola con acqua fredda, una foglia di allora e 4 chiodi di garofano. Portare ad ebollizione. Salare e pepare, continuare la cottura a fiamma dolce per circa 30 minuti.
Soffriggere una cipolla e qualche pomodoro ciliegino, versare la lenticchia con un po’ di acqua di cottura, lasciar addensare il composto e versare un paio di cucchiai di aceto balsamico.
Spegnere, lasciar raffreddare a temperatura ambiente. Aggiungere un filo di olio di oliva e pepe nero sul momento.[/woodmart_text_block][/vc_column][/vc_row]
